Declaration of conformity with Spain's National Security Framework (ENS)

In accordance with section 2 of Article 38 on «Procedures for determining conformity with the National Security Framework» of Royal Decree 311/2022, of 3 May, regulating the National Security Framework, Bidatia Sistemas SL (hereinafter, Bidatia) declares that:

The assessment, against the ENS criteria, of the general information services and systems managed by the company, as well as its websites, portals and web assistants, has resulted in a BASIC category.

Bidatia is working on a Security and ENS Compliance Plan to adopt the measures needed to guarantee the protection of its information services and systems and to achieve full conformity with the ENS.
