Technology
- It is an end-to-end, AI-based solution, conceived to be a chatbot conversational that transcends language and format barriers. Available in text and voice, and fully multilingual, Refugia stands out as a a practical, accessible and empowering for each refugee.
- Its technological heart beats on a robust platform based on Azure OpenAI, which integrates in a Natural Language Processing (NLP) and advanced technology Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- This combination allows RefugIA not only understand complex user queries, but also to accurately interpret the legislation and the intricate asylum protocols.

- The development of the solution was done with the indispensable NGO support Ecode.
- Ecode is an organization with a track record (founded in 1992) and has as its main objective to to achieve the wellbeing of all people within the limits of the planet.
- Ecode has a deep knowledge in the field of of the legislation on foreigners and the international protection. Your direct experience with the refugee and asylum seeker community asylum gives them a unique perspective on the real needs and the challenges they face these people on a daily basis.
